• Polycarbonate: 10-year manufacturer warranty
• First 12 months: Full coverage for approved manufacturing and material defects
• Months 13–36: Approved repair/replacement costs are shared 50/50 between seller and customer
• Photos or video may be required for warranty claims
• Customer is responsible for freight charges beyond 50 miles from the store

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, corrosion, natural disasters, or loads exceeding 240 kg/m² (49 lb/ft²) snow load or 75 mph wind resistance.
